Enquiries

The form collects your name, company or team, email address, an optional topic, and an optional message. We use them only to reply to your request: you are not added to a mailing list, and we never sell your information. You can also write to us directly at [email protected]. We use these details to respond and discuss a potential trial. Do not submit credentials or sensitive customer information.

Enquiries are stored as private email-format records and queued for email notification to the team. A successful form response confirms storage of your request, not delivery of an email notification.

Website measurement

We count page views and approximate daily visitors, broad traffic-source categories, and successful enquiries. No analytics cookies or browser storage are used. Network address and browser information are processed into a keyed daily identifier; raw values are not saved by the analytics database. Daily identifiers are removed on the next visit or dashboard access after the day changes. Aggregate counts are retained for trend reporting.

Only known public page paths and broad source categories are recorded. Full referring URLs, search terms, and arbitrary campaign parameters are not stored. Browser privacy signals requesting no tracking are respected for website measurement and enquiry attribution. Your enquiry is still processed so we can respond.

Hosting and access

Cloudflare delivers traffic to this website and processes network information to provide that service. Enquiry records and reporting are restricted to the team operating the site. This website does not add advertising trackers.

Retention and requests

Enquiry records are retained for follow-up and operational review until removed; there is currently no automatic time-based deletion. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected] or through the contact form, identifying your earlier enquiry. We may need to confirm that the request relates to your information.
